Very poor customer service

I purchased an item from Saniderm website the item was shipped out from Utah, and apparently it got caught up in bad weather (no fault of theirs) and It took 11 days to arrive to my home, And upon opening the item it was frozen solid, so I let it defrost and when it did it was no longer usable, so I contacted customer service and explained to them the problem they said they would ship a new one out immediately. So I never received tracking information for the new item and when I reached out to customer service they said they emailed the tracking information to me several times. But needless to say I still have no tracking information or did I receive my package.
